This is a drop-in event promoting the OIC/NHS Selbro Resource Centre. \nSaving the need to travel to Kirkwall\, islanders will be able to view and try the various personal and household assistive equipment designed to help folk manage more independently. These include useful and innovative aids for every part of the house and can help folk with mobility issues and the likes of dementia sufferers. \nRuth Lea\, an Occupational Therapist will be on hand to provide advice.  \nPlease come along for a cuppa and a cake.  If anyone’s in need of assistance to get to Heilsa Fjold\, please get in touch. It is especially important those who stand to benefit the most are able to join us.
