Sanday Development Trust (the Trust) commissioned SKS Scotland CIC (SKS) in September 2016 to carry out a feasibility study and business plan for a regeneration scheme in Kettletoft, Sanday, Orkney. This involved the proposed community ownership of one or more identified properties to deliver a range of local social and economic benefits.
